The purpose of MusicSuite CMS is to help organizations securely connect their YouTube channels and allow authorized users to upload and publish videos to those connected channels from one centralized dashboard. How MusicSuite CMS Works 1. A YouTube channel owner connects their channel using Google OAuth 2.0. 2. The channel owner grants MusicSuite CMS permission to upload videos. 3. Authorized staff select and upload videos through the MusicSuite CMS dashboard. 4. Videos are published only to YouTube channels that have been authorized by the channel owner. Why We Request Google and YouTube Data MusicSuite CMS requests access to YouTube only for the purpose of uploading videos selected by an authorized user to the user's connected YouTube channel. The application does not request or store the user's Google password. MusicSuite CMS does not sell Google user data and does not publish videos without an action initiated by an authorized user. Users can disconnect their YouTube channel from MusicSuite CMS or revoke access through their Google Account at any time.
